Baked Mac & Cheese Ingredients

Cheeses:

  • 2 cups Gouda, freshly shredded

  • 2 cups Colby Jack, freshly shredded 

  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar, freshly shredded

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack, freshly shredded

Pasta:

  • 1 lb Cavatappi or Elbows

Seasoning:​

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Sauces:​

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

​Roux Ingredient: 

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Liquids:​

  • Two 12 oz cans of evaporated milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream​​
